I’m a Creative Director leading the +30 people UX team, D&AD Digital Design & BIMA judge, mentor for the School of Communication Arts in Brixton, BIMA and Who’s Your Momma.

After graduating as an Industrial Product Designer, I moved into Experience Design almost by accident. I enjoyed the human interaction projects we did as students, so instead, I decided to join a company that did a wide variety of things, including designing interactive physical products to order food in museums, screens for interactive tv and a game using palmtops (I’m showing my age here!). I’ve never looked back.

I started out in an innovation centre in Belgium, then moved to an advertising agency (Duval Guillaume). From there I worked client side (helping move a company to become digital) whilst freelancing on the side before I moved to London and joined the Publicis Groupe (Publicis Sapient & Digitas) in 2011. In 2020 I moved to Future Platforms (an established small tech agency that acts like a start-up) to help them redefine how to create Products that last. If you want to see more about the roles and projects, visit my Linkedin Profile.

I focus on making things people love! I love to define strategies and design meaningful & memorable brand led digital experiences that last over time.

My main goal is to keep things simple that improve people's lives & deliver business results for some of the world's top brands.

I’m comfortable working both strategically and tactically, leading design activities across multiple cross-functional teams.

Alongside my day job, I’ve always invested time in supporting the design community. I’ve been a mentor as mentioned above. It’s been so rewarding to support other creatives in the creative industry, and I’ve learned so much from my mentees – I can’t recommend it enough. Next to that I’m often judging awards (D&AD Digital Design 2019, AME Awards 2020, The Lovie Awards since 2017, The Webby awards since 2018, …) or speaking on stage (e.g. D&AD festival 2019 - recording of this panel talk & European Women In tech 2019). I’ve also been involved in driving D&I as part of VivaWoman whilst co-leading D&I for PS London.

Through the years I picked up some awards (Bima, Cristal Awards, DotComm Awards, Digital Impact, Drum Award, Eurobest, Effie, Hermes Creative Awards, New York Festivals, OMMA & The Webby Awards) for the work done.
